Partner & Pride currently ships within the United States and to Canada.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: $8.00
Express Shipping: $15.00
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $59.00 or more.

Free Standard Shipping has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Canada Shipping

Standard International Shipping: $14.95
Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after the order has been processed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing time is separate from the estimated carrier transit time shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after their order has shipped.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities or carriers. These charges are not included in Partner & Pride shipping rates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
