Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Partner & Pride purchase. Eligible unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and original packaging, with tags attached where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Adult & Intimate Products: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, adult toys, intimate products, lubricants, and other personal-use sexual wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or if the original packaging or safety seal has been broken. Unopened and sealed items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@partnerandpride.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by Partner & Pride. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

To request a return or exchange, contact info@partnerandpride.com before sending merchandise back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Final Sale: Gift cards and any products specifically marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
